India tour of Zimbabwe will be a practice tour for those young players who will be visiting the country of Zimbabwe. The tour kick starts from July 24 and will end on August 3 with the last ODI played in Bulwayo. India will play five ODIs during the India tour of Zimbabwe.

India tour of Zimbabwe Team India will be touring Zimbabwe for a five match ODI series against the hosts. India tour of Zimbabwe was ealrlier put on hold due to some reasons but now the tour has been scheduled to start from July 24. India will travel to Zimbabwe after summing up the tri series with Sri Lanka and West Indies in the Caribbean which ends on July 11. India tour of Zimbabwe will be a chance for the minnows Zimbabwe to get a taste of the world champions India. However, India might not be playing their full strength during the India tour of Zimbabwe.

July 24th 1st ODI, Harare

July 26th 2nd ODI, Harare

July 28th 3rd ODI, Harare

July 31st 4th ODI, Bulawayo

August 3rd 5th ODI, Bulawayo

India will be resting most of the senior players and there are possibilities of a Team B kind of arrangement for this tour. Suresh Raina or Kohli might lead the side if they travel with the team. All we have are mere speculations. One can expect the return of Aaron and other young players like Rahane, Mukund, Vijay etc. It will be an even younger side than the one playing in the Champions Trophy which will set foot in Harare for the India tour of Zimbabwe. The completely fresh team will get a taste of overseas conditions with an international perspective during the India tour of Zimbabwe.
