The Jamaican southpaw has played exceptionally well in T20 internationals as well and has many nerve-wracking innings in this format against his name. In 43 T20I innings, Gayle has hammered 1,406 runs at an astonishing strike-rate of 142.59 and an amazing average of 35.15. The 36 years old was one of the major forces behind the famous triumph of West Indies in World T20 2012.
