Top 10 Young Non-Asian Batting Talents

9. Evin Lewis

Evin Lewis

The West Indian left-hander, Evin Lewis plays an aggressive brand of cricket that sometimes draws comparisons with Chris Gayle, who also happens to be his role-model. He has sparkled in T20Is, thus far. Last year, Lewis hammered a brilliant 49-ball hundred against India and blasted some huge sixes. Recently as well, the southpaw lit up Kingston with a 62-ball 125 run-knock against India and helped his side chase a big total and even out batted his mentor Gayle. As far as ODIs goes, the Trinidad-born player has under performed. Still he has enormous potential for white-ball cricket.
