5. The 5 Bowler Strategy

With an aggressive captain in Kohli the five bowler strategy looks imminent for India. Kohli also himself likes this strategy and it in reality is a very useful one for test matches where you have to bowl out a team twice and get the twenty wickets to win the match. Taking the twenty wickets is extremely necessary because otherwise a team cannot win a match. Kohli is an aggressive captain and he is in favor of this strategy which makes things interesting and if he wants it he surely will be able to make full use of it. Though with the five bowler strategy the upper order batsmen will have to score big because there won’t be enough fuel power in the batting line up and may be Ravi Ashwin will have to stand up and make some useful contributions with the bat. With the Sri Lankan team being very vulnerable it seems to me that this strategy will be used and who knows maybe it is extremely successful.
