7. Shahid Afridi (Pakistan): 11 sixes
When it comes to hitting sixes and setting the stage on fire, then Shahid Khan Afridi has an unbreakable bond with such aggressive virtues. The man who is world famous as “BOOM BOOM” Afridi for his aggression and outrageous blows is ranked 7th in our list. In an innings against Sri Lanka, he plundered 102 runs off just 40 deliveries and that too in 1996 when he was only 16 years and 217 days old. The knock included 11 mighty sixes and 6 fours at a strike rate of 255. His record of fastest century in 37 balls in that match was a record for 17 years before Corey Anderson (36 balls) and then AB de Villiers (31 balls) broke that milestone. He also holds the record for most number of sixes in ODI cricket with 351 sixes to his credit.
